Description: Cetero Research is currently seeking to employ Clinical Research Nurse-Overnight right now, this position will be placed in North Dakota. For detail informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Position Summary PRACS Institute is currently looking for a FT or PT Overnight Nurse.

This position will work Friday - Sunday 8pm to 8 am with some flexiability and additional shifts based your availability. Shifts and hours will be based on the needs of the company. Perform all study safety monitoring tasks assigned. Supervise Part Time Staff. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Train employees, address complaints and resolve problems. Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Perform a variety of supervisory tasks. Work under minimal supervision. Maintain knowledge of and follow all relevant PRACS Institute SOPs.

General Responsibilities o Assign Part Time Staff to perform specific study activities o Able to perform all tasks and functions listed in the Part Time Staff job descriptions o Create staffing schedules and make assignment adjustments to the Part-Time staff daily activity schedule o Act as primary point of contact for all immediate study related and Part Time Staffing concerns

o This position includes performance of the following duties:

• Phlebotomy skills
• Processing samples in the Processing Laboratory
• Perform Vitals collections
• ECG collections
• Assist with the serving of meals to study participants
• Assist with Dosing activities
• Assist with any other unspecified study events
• Able to perform the following physical activities:

Kneeling - Standing - Pushing/Pulling Walking - Bending/Stooping Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Repetitive motion (wrists, hands, etc.) Reaching - Talking (English speaking) Hearing - Moving fingers (computer keystrokes, touch pads, etc.) Legible handwriting o Redirect Part Time Staff to study events throughout the night o Maintain a working knowledge of current good clinical practice regulations o Mentor and train Part Time Staff o Ability to identify and define problems in a timely manner and understand the potential impact of problems o Know when to consult senior management or medical professionals for help in solving problems in a timely fashion o All other duties assigned

Qualifications SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises Part Time Staff

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Two year or four year degree in nursing or related field. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
