More complete informations about this career opportunity please read the description below. Eagle Butte Indian Health Services has two openings for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician! Assistant. The first assignment starts as soon as credentialed through November 1, 2013. The second assignment starts June 3, 2013 through June 21, 2013. Experience with Primary Care and Urgent Care preferred.
Requirements include: Board certification, unrestricted license (any state license accepted), DEA, BLS. Malpractice insurance, housing and travel stipend provided. Monday through Friday, shifts vary.
