Waiter/tress Assistant
Position Summary
The Waiter Assistant shall be responsible to support the Waiter with the food and beverage service of guests. He/she shall follow Ella Resorts Standards regarding uniforms and personal hygiene and assist in additional duties as requested by the management .
Requirements
Two or more years working experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels
Degree / Diploma in Tourism
Very Good knowledge of English language
A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
Position Attributes
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
Negotiation and excellent Communication skills
