Job Description: This position will supervise 15 to 20 employees in the production of processed luncheon meat, while focusing on safety, quality assurance, and production yields.Qualifications: Good communication and leadership skills, ability to direct a workforce, Bachelors degree in an Ag related field helpful but not required.Benefits: Health, Dental, Life, Disability Insurance and 401k.
