Description: West River Health Services is hiring Quality Improvement/Infection Control/Education Nurse right now, this position will be placed in North Dakota. This is an excellent opportunity for a current Registered Nurse to expand her experience in an environment that is both challenging and rewarding. The QI role expectations include; collect and review data related to quality management, ensure all departments establish and maintain quality improvement programs and report to the Executive QI/RM committee. Infection Control duties include; monitoring resident care activities and develops and revises infection control isolation policies/procedures. This individual will also be responsible for the ongoing education of current and existing staff to ensure all employees are receiving proper education. This individual must have current RN or LPN license and the preference would be for the selected candidate to be a Registered Nurse. This opening is fulltime and normal working hours are 8am to 5pm. As needed the individual may need to fill in as charge nurse during the week and occasionally on the weekends.
