This job exercises delegated administrative responsibility and authority for the supervision of all hospital personnel after business hours. and! functions Serves as a leader and resource person in facilitating efficient operational activities throughout the organization; main function is to suuport nursing services.
Essential Duties:
Provides final authority regarding hospital policy and problem resolution.
Responsible for the operations of the hospital after business hours.
Oversees distribution and utilization of available resources to provide safe patient care.

Qualifications
Education:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Work Experience:
2-3 years experience in acute care setting.
Previous work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity.! preferred
License/Certification:
Current s! tate license as a Registered Nurse.
BLS , ACLS, and PALS Certification.
