Vibra Hospital of Fargo is seeking Registered Nurses - RN to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
The Registered Nurse - RN coordinates the delivery of nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of the individual patient. Coordinates Unit activities related to patient care. Participates in patient and family education as needed. The Registered Nurse - RN provides leadership by working with and supporting the nursing staff and other ancillary personnel. Fosters professionalism and provides clinical guidance to nursing staff. The Registered Nurse - RN provides direction and supervision for the nursing staff as assigned to the Unit. Participates in the interdisciplinary review process for patients, incorporating the information into the ! plan of care and the education plan for the assigned patients.!
The shift for this position is rotating 12 hour days/nights.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of NLN Accredited School of Nursing .
Unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse ( RN).
Minimum of 1 year Acute Care experience ( within the last 12 months) required. Step-down or ICU nursing experience preferred.
Current CPR and immunizations ( MMR, DPT, Varicella, Hep B and TB screening) are required.
Experience with vents and trachs strongly preferred.
