Greets patients, takes initial information and prepares them for physical examination.
Performs general nursing care as prescribed by the physician including administering medications (injections, IV therapy, distributing sample medications), performing therapeutic treatments, patient assessment and education.
Performs telephone assessment of patient's chief complaint.
Surgical experience highly desired.
Requires a cu! rrent license to practice as an RN or LPN. Must have or obtain within the first 90 days of employment, certification in CPR.
