Performs and documents interview assessments of complaint; ensures medication history is completed. Provides nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with physician’s orders and established policies and procedures of the nursing department as well as professional standards of nursing, applicable Federal and State laws, state nurse practice guidelines, and regulatory agencies. Coordinates patient care with ancillary departments involved in either direct or indirect patient care. Communicates with physicians, co-workers, and other departments as appropriate.
Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of North Dakota
ACLS within 6 months of hire
