Tasks:
- Acceptance, processing and documentation of 2nd level support requests.
- You support the service and operation of the company's internal IT landscape.
- You support the installation and administration of server, network and client structures.
- Installation of hardware and software with the help of software distribution.
- You analyze occurring system and application errors.
- Continuous documentation of the IT environment
- Support in all administrative and organizational questions
Requirements:
- You have a good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office and network services (DNS, DHCP etc.).
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent training/professional experience.
- First professional experience as an IT specialist for system integration
- Sound knowledge of PC hardware and common operating systems
- Experience in system administration network, Windows, etc.
- Excellent communication skills as well as service awareness, flexibility and teamwork
