Second Level Support [Germany]


 

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

we at LAN-IT 24 are currently looking for Second Level Supporter for the location Unterschleißheim.

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until the project order has been fulfilled.

Full time Mon-Fri 40 hrs/week

Tasks:
  • Acceptance, processing and documentation of 2nd level support requests.
  • You support the service and operation of the company's internal IT landscape.
  • You support the installation and administration of server, network and client structures.
  • Installation of hardware and software with the help of software distribution.
  • You analyze occurring system and application errors.
  • Continuous documentation of the IT environment
  • Support in all administrative and organizational questions

Requirements:
  • You have a good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office and network services (DNS, DHCP etc.).
  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent training/professional experience.
  • First professional experience as an IT specialist for system integration
  • Sound knowledge of PC hardware and common operating systems
  • Experience in system administration network, Windows, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills as well as service awareness, flexibility and teamwork
