Job description
- Planning, organizing and delivering technical assessments (penetration test on web/mobile applications, internal and external network assessments) across many disciplines.
- Utilize well known existing or create new offensive security attacker tooling, scripts and methodologies for use within engagements or research.
- Produce comprehensive, accurate, tailored reports to clients with industry best practice remediation strategies for both technical and executive audiences.
- Effectively & transparently communicate to internal and client teams.
- Define and perform interesting security research that will benefit the information security community and customers at large. What are exactly the tasks?
- Conduct penetration tests and security source code review projects
- Identify and close security gaps
- Reverse engineering
- Secure software development consulting
- Conduct specialized trainings and information security
- Delivering high quality reports and help control deliverables and services quality.
- Lead a complex security assessment project.
- Proactively communicates towards account manager and customer contacts.
- Identify and communicate potential new opportunities to Sales staff.
- Passion in information security
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge in the field of software security
- Advance experience in software development
- Technical knowledge across the following topics: o Web/Mobile Application Security o Infrastructure/Network Security o Secure Software Development/Source Code Review o Thick Client Security o Cloud/Container Security
- Experience in security testing i.e. mobile penetration testing and web application penetration testing
- Experience with common operating systems (Windows, Unix) and computer networks
- Extensive IT knowledge (operation and/or application development)
- Knowledge of relevant (security) standards: ISO/IEC 27001 and PCI-DSS
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Practical and solution-oriented way of working
- Enjoy working and sharing know-how with highly motivated, diverse international team
- Willingness to travel occasionally
