This position is Monday - Friday 8-5 and the work schedule is a hybrid schedule. Please attached a resume.

JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the execution of Supply Chain Services (SCS) processes that support the flow of goods into the divisions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Monitor and execute against Purchase Order Confirmation reporting.

Maintain Purchase Order Tracking Systems.
  • Perform Purchase Order Confirmation process to ensure correct Costing, Quantity, and Delivery Dates and other relative values.

Communicate all discrepancies on the above via manual and systematic processes.

Enter item data into procurement systems.

Review documents to determine completeness and accuracy prior to processing.

Work with document submitting teammate/department to resolve any issues.

Understand and apply different requirements for various data tables and fields by customer.

Provide input for process improvements and process/procedure documentation.

Learn other areas of the department to fill in for teammates and expand knowledge base.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

High school degree or equivalent.

2+ years' work experience in a demanding paced work setting.

Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and effectively.

Ability to adapt to multiple tasks in an ever-changing work environment.

Ability to adapt to adjust to frequent system and process changes and enhancements.

Speed and accuracy in typing and 10-key touch data entry.
