Job Summary: The Marketing Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming category/sales data into actionable insights, develop and field consumer research and surveys, and delivering impactful, recurring executive reports. This position will collaborate with Brand/Commercialization and Retail Marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop dashboards, create insights, track processes and results through data analysis. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work across multiple data sources to create dashboards and monthly reports including brand/product performance, category trends, consumer insights, and marketing KPIs.
  • Distill primary and secondary research down to easy-to-digest, story-driven insights, and in-depth analysis to influence strategic decisions.
  • Create clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations with actionable insights and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain successful professional working relationships with relevant internal departments and external research partners.
  • Engage in internal analyses, research, product analyses, pricing, and assortment strategies in support of product development and commercialization.
  • Develop and coordinate market research projects to include research design, vendor management, analytical plans, data interpretation and presentation/report writing.
  • Proactively anticipate business and insights needs.
  • Develop templates and standardized processes that support the team.
  • Maintain competitive knowledge to help inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Track performance of marketing programs, new item introductions, new packaging, reformulations, marketing mix, etc. versus forecasts and KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly review of category, channel, customer and competitive performance.
  • Adapt research & project presentations for multiple audiences.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge library, create SOP's and best practices.
