What You'll Be Doing
Actions
- Evaluating previous onboarding assessment, updating 2 yr old work with current processes, stakeholders etc.
- Review current applications involved in onboarding process to determine if these can be collapsed or streamlined
- Delivery an up-to-date current state model for current state process
- Deliver a recommended future state model which will include processes, technology and recommendations
- Deliver a roadmap on how these can be implemented
- This work provided will be handed off to a technology team for implementation. What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with several cross functional teams across the business i.e. HR, IT, Payroll, recruiting etvc., to advise how they can optimize their team’s processes and workflows.
- Prepare agendas, presentations and workshops to lead various business teams through business process transformation.
- Analyze how various business teams collaborate and share work with each other and recommend ways they can be more efficient.
- Design and implement the business and operational processes that make client run.
- Perform analyses and research to help identify product limitations that keep teams from operating efficiently.
- Leading business teams through change management in order to set up new processes.
- Partner with business teams to help them execute on important strategic initiatives or drive operational scale and efficiency.,
Skills
What You Bring To The Role
- Experience in Workday Core, Workday recruiting, client and Payroll. Integrating with the systems involved in new hire onboarding
- You get a kick out of digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
- Impeccable communication skills, and the ability to influence others, including C-level executives.
- Proven track record of preparing and facilitating workshops for all levels within an organization.
- You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
- You have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners.
- You are low ego and have a knack for working well with a wide range of people.
- You excel in analytics and problem solving.
- You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to lead people to get things done.
- You have experience in a highly strategic, analytical and operational role in fast-paced environments.
- You have experience in product or project management, taking initiatives from conception to launch.
- You have 6-10+ years of experience in consulting or comparable role in high growth tech companies
Education
- 6-10 Years Experience consulting or comparable role in high growth tech companies
