Job Description ¿ Director of Dining and Nutrition Services:
We are currently seeking Registered Dieticians, Diet Technicians, Culinary professionals or Certified Dietary Manager to fill our Director of Dining and Nutrition Services position.
Duties of this position include following, in accordance with established policies and standards - Director of Dining and Nutrition Services :
Responsible for providing a high quality , cost effecitve food service
Knowledge of CQI, RAI process, State and Federal regulations are essential
Work collaboratively with the Food Service Manager to meet the nutritionial needs of the residents by assisting in assessing nutritional needs and monitoring of preparation, service, delivery and storage of food
Candidates for the Director of Dining and Nutrition Services should meet the following requirements - Director of Dining and Nutrition Services :
Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
Knowledge of CQI, RAI process, State and Federal regulations are essential
A minimum of 1 year of experience in long term care desired with Dietary Service Manager Certification or the ability to obtain within one year.
Must hold or be capable of acquiring certificates required by the state
Candidate must be a team player that works well with other interdisciplinary team members
Self-reliant and self-aware
Ability to communicate effectively and positively in all interactions
Capable of maintaining regular attendance
Meeting all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam, drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry if required
