It's Better @ Medcor! Medcor is looking for a talented individual w! ith a Paramedic or EMT-I License to join us for a Temporary PRN position as an Occupational Health Technician. We are looking for two individuals to pick up two 12hr day shift and two 12hr night shift at our onsite 24hr clinic. The hours are: 6:00am to 6:00pm and 6:PM to 6:00AM. This project will be for about 4-5months. You will be working at our Occupational Health Clinic located on our client's construction site in Tioga, ND. Our clinic is located on the Kiewit gas plant in Tioga. Applicants should feel comfortable working in a construction environment, and should be able to climb stairs and work at heights if needed.

Job Duties Include:

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic
• Triage, Assessment, & Treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols and/or PCGs (Patient Care Guidelines)
• Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
• Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
• Case management
• Medical charting
• OSHA record-keeping
• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Keyboarding speed of 30 wmp
• Ability to lift a 50lbs jump bag
• Ability to climb stairs and work at heights
• Comfortable working in a construction environment
• Minimum of 2 Years field experience
• Current unrestricted licensure/certification at required level
• Current CPR/BLS
• Computer proficiency; familiarity with EMR software
• Excellent verbal/written communications skills
• ! Self motivated, positive, friendly attitude
• Ideally â€" Nurses! should have experience in Occupational health, emergency medicine or critical care.
