Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager for a 277 bed acute care hospital located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In this role, you will direct and participate in all of t! he daily patient meal services which will be utilizing "At Your Request" speciality meal program. Responsibilities will include: daily meal rounding and interaction with the patients and nursing staff, monitoring of the inventory/stocking on the patient floors, implementing process improvement to increase patient satisfaction, training and direct supervision of 30 non-union hourly associates.
The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years food supervisory/management experience, computer literacy as well as excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills. Position Summary:
Provides direction, guidance, and supervision/direction of patient hospitality employees at patient care units. Manages initiatives for job redesign and process improvement, including interdepartmental improvements with nursing staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
