Outpatient work at
Center for Psychiatric Care Fargo Clinic
§ Would see patients of all ages, child â€" geriatric
§ Approximately 16 hours per week of outpatient work
schedule per week in Fargo Clinic
Ø One hour evaluation times
Ø 15 minute follow up visits
Ø Clinic is open evening hours
Ø There is no “extra†time set aside for paperwork or other
meetings
Ø Clinic will attempt to schedule certain age groups, of MDs
preference, IF/ONCE the doctor’s schedule is full
§ Teach UND Psychiatry Residents as assigned
§ Assigned clinical contract work
Outpatient work at
Center for Psychiatric Care Grand Forks Clinic
§ Approximately 8 hours per week of outpatient work
scheduled per week of patient contact time in Grand Forks office
Outpatient work at
any assigned outreach and/or telemedicine sites
§ Approximately 12 hours per week of patient contact time
§ May ! include, but is not limited to:
Ø Nursing Homes
Ã! ˜ Group Homes / Residential Homes
Ø Outreach clinic sites
Ø Outreach hospital sites
Ø Human Service
Center sites
Ø 12 hours does NOT include travel time to outreach sites
Inpatient work at the
Grand Forks Center
§ 1 weeknight of on call per week
Ø On-site backup would be required
§ 13 weekends per year on-call and provider services
Ø Friday 5 pm â€" Monday 8 am on call
Ø Inpatient rounds on all patients Saturday and Sunday of
assigned weekends
Ø Must stay in Grand
Forks on the weekend
§ 1 holiday per year on call and provider services
Ø On call 8 am of holiday â€" 8 am of following morning
Ø Inpatient rounds on all patients
§ Required work including, but not limited to:
required/mandatory assigned committee meetings, medical staff meetings,
teaching medical students, etc.
Would require North Dakota and Minnesota
licensure. South Dakota
licensur! e is also desirable to obtain.
