Description: Avera Health is hiring LINEN ATTENDANT right now, this position will be placed in South Dakota. Full time Benefit Eligible position in Linen that receives, stores, delivers, and inventories linen to provide a specified level of supply for all departments of the medical center.
- Transpo! rts to and restocks linen supply in designated departments or nurse servers following established procedures.
- Assembles linens on delivery carts to supply departments.
- Fills department linen needs as requested.
- Assembles unit packs as needed.
- Maintains cleanliness of the linen sorting table and area.
- Records linen delivery amounts as directed by the linen room supervisor.
- To meet variable staffing requirements, this position will occasionally fill in for the housekeepers.
