POSITION SUMMARY Assists the Nurse Manager in managing, supervising, and evaluating the patient care service assuring quality patient care leading to consumer satisfaction in accord! ance with Trinity Health Plan and Provision of Patient Care Services. Demonstrates a working knowledge of personnel management and communication principles in order to maintain a positive work environment. Assists the Nurse Manager in developing and managing the department’s resources (time, materials, and personnel) within the budgetary guidelines as approved by Trinity Health Board of Directors. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications Required Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure.
CPR and BLS required within orientation period. Educational Requirements RN program as evidenced by licensure. Experience Requirements 1-2 Years of clinical nursing is desirable. Supervisory experience is desired, but not required.
